The Susan Ritacca Law Office has represented hundreds of claimants for Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and we have argued these cases before an Administrative Law Judge.
Our clients can be assured that they are receiving the best possible legal services as a result of our SSDI and SSI experience and that their claim is being treated with the individual attention that it needs.

We can evaluate your claim and advise you on what steps to take next including:

  • Reviewing your medical history, connecting you to medical resources, and recommending medical tests that could provide evidence to support your claim.

  • Drafting a clear and convincing brief based on the facts of your case and ensuring that SSA evaluates the entirety of your physical and mental health records.

  • Making persuasive arguments at hearings before an Administrative Law Judge.

  • Remaining at your side throughout the appeal process.

Up to two-thirds of claims are denied at the initial level, and a greater percentage are denied at the reconsideration level. It’s not uncommon for the entire application process to take months or even years. During this time people can feel disheartened, frustrated, or defeated by the burden of the process.

If you are suffering from a physical or mental disability, dealing with SSA can sometimes take all the energy you have. I understand. I’ve helped hundreds of people navigate this process. And even though every case is unique, there is a methodology to success.

Attorneys are governed by strict guidelines established by the Social Security Administration. In most cases, attorney fees are capped at $6,000 or 25% of a claimant’s past-due benefits, whichever is less.

MY OFFICE WILL NOT COLLECT A FEE UNLESS YOU WIN.

If you have been out of work or are expected to remain out of work for at least one year, you may be entitled to disability benefits through the SSDI and/or the SSI programs. Don't wait! Get help today!
