  • Social Security

    Social Security Disability Law

    • When a person becomes unable to work due to a severe physical and/or mental impairment, they may be eligible for Social Security disability insurance and/or supplemental security income. Often, the process of applying for social security benefits can be a confusing and frustrating endeavor, but our office can walk you through each stage of the process.
    • The Social Security Administration (SSA) offers two different benefit programs that provide assistance to the disabled: Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI).
